Week 7 is behind us and we went a solid 9-4 straight up, and that puts us at 70-36 on the year. We had a clean sweep in our picks ATS going a fantastic 2-0 to put us at 15-8 on the year ATS. Week 8 has some close matchups that I really like, and starting with this Thursday’s game it's looking like it will be a great week of football. Now for my week 8 picks…

Packers at Cardinals (-6.5)

This has the makings to be the game of the week on Thursday night. Both these teams have a combined record of 13-1 and currently sit atop the NFC. The Packers are losing their star WR to COVID this game and that could deem to be detrimental for them. I think this game is going to be an absolute shootout, and both defenses will have trouble slowing down either QB. Both teams are 6-1 ATS and this line moved from Cardinals -3 to now 3.5 points higher at -6.5. The public and all the analysts are sticking with the Cardinals at home in this one and I am too. I think the Cardinals win this game and continue their undefeated streak.

Pick: Cardinals

Titans at Colts (-1)

Even though the records may not be nearly the same this is a big divisional game. The Titans a few weeks ago were a mess losing to the Jets but have completely turned it around with two signature wins against Buffalo and The Chiefs. Could this be a let down spot for the Titans? Yes it could because they are missing 3 of their starting tackles in this one. The Colts are coming off a big road win in an absolute monsoon in Santa Clara. The Colts have a good run defense ranking in the top 15 in the league and that is what matters most when you face the Titans and Derrick Henry. I think eventually the Titans continue rolling and beat the Colts at home.

Pick: Titans

Steelers at Browns (-3.5)

This is another big divisional game. If either team loses their chances at the playoffs are slim to none. The Steelers are 3-3 and the Browns are 4-3 so a loss for the Steelers essentially makes winning the division impossible. This is a big game and the Browns will have a banged up Baker Mayfield starting. I’m going to put my money on the team with a healthy QB and a little bit more on the line and that's the Steelers.

Pick: Steelers

49ers (-3.5) at Bears

Both these teams are struggling big time right now and this could be a get right game for either team. The Bears and Justin Fields have been struggling and the 49ers have had health issues at QB as well. Both Teams are coming off of devastating losses so both these teams are going to come out hungry. The Bears are dealing with a handful of injuries on their defensive side. Star pass rusher Khalil Mack will be out for the Bears and that is a massive loss for them. Look for the 49ers to get right and cruise past the Bears on the road.

Pick: 49ers

Here's the rest of my week 8 picks...

Bengals at Jets - Pick: Bengals
Rams at Texans - Pick: Rams
Eagles at Lions - Pick: Eagles
Panthers at Falcons - Pick: Falcons
Dolphins at Bills - Pick: Bills
Patriots at Chargers - Pick: Chargers
Jaguars at Seahawks - Pick: Jaguars
Football Team at Broncos - Pick: Football Team
Buccaneers at Saints - Pick: Buccaneers
Cowboys at Vikings - Pick: Cowboys
