Week one is in the books and our picks went (9-7). Week one is usually the hardest week to predict, so leaving week one with a positive record is definitely a win in our books. I will break down a few of the games and give the rest of my picks as well. Now for my picks for week two…

Broncos (-6) at Jaguars

The Broncos might have the most favorable first two games of the season out of any team in the league. After beating up on the Giants the Broncos travel to Jacksonville to battle a rookie QB and first year head coach in Urban Meyer. The Jaguars looked bad last week. To lose to one of the worst teams in the league in the fashion that they did, the near future doesn't look too bright in Jacksonville. You can expect the Broncos to handle the Jags and Teddy Bridgewater should shine again in his second game as the Broncos QB1.

Pick: Broncos

Rams (-3.5) at Colts

The Rams looked good last week with Matthew Stafford at QB. With the receivers that the Rams have and now a formidable QB they could have one of the best passing games in the league. With a secondary with more holes than swiss cheese we can expect Matthew Stafford to chew up the Colts. Jonathan Taylor looked like a stud in week one but I cant imagine he will be nearly as potent against this Rams defense. The Colts looked weak against quality competition last week so Its hard to say that they take the game here.

Pick: Rams

Patriots (-6) at Jets

Bill Belichick will have his defense ready for Rookie QB Zach Wilson, who was awful in his first half as an NFL QB. He turned it around in the second half but it wasn't enough for the Jets to pull out the win. The Jets are the youngest team in the NFL and that will prove to be detrimental against a hall of fame head coach in Bill Belichick. The Patriots cannot go 0-2 to start the year against divisional opponents that they should beat if they have any sort of playoff hopes. Expect the Patriots to go into New York and leave with a win.

Pick: Patriots

Vikings at Cardinals (-3.5)

The Cardinals absolutely molly whopped the Titans offensive line with Chandler Jones having FIVE sacks against them last sunday. I can't expect the Vikings offensive line to hold up much better against this pass rush in Arizona. Also Kyler Murray is proving to be one of the hardest quarterbacks in the entire league to contain and nothing about this Vikings defense says that they can do so. After losing to a weaker Bengals squad last week the Vikings find themselves getting caught up in a game I'm not sure they are quite ready for.

Pick: Cardinals

Heres the rest of my week 2 picks...

New Orleans at Carolina - Pick: New Orleans
Houston at Cleveland - Pick: Cleveland
Cincinnati at Chicago - Pick: Chicago
Las Vegas at Pittsburgh - Pick: Pittsburgh
Buffalo at Miami - Pick: Buffalo
San Francisco at Philadelphia - Pick: San Francisco
